2011 was for the most part, a good year. And here were some of the highlights for me.
1. Nur became a walker at about 15-16 months. Now, Nur is a full on walker, runner and there is no longer a physical deficit between him and other kiddos his age. So proud of him!
2. TT went from a baby who could barely even sit up to a full grown toddler who can walk, run and get into everything. My baby is officially gone!
3. We took our first big family vacation. We drove 3.5 hours to Wisconsin Dells and had a wonderful time!
4. T and I spent a weekend in Chicago. . . just the two of us, and left the kids with my parents. It was a wonderful time spent together.
Right before conceiving Scarlett
36 weeks pregnant
Early December 2011
6. We celebrated too many special occassions to count!
Easter
TT's 1st Birthday
Nur's Adoption Day
Nur's 2nd Birthday
Our 2nd Christmas together
It was an amazing year in so many ways. My family is my joy. I am so thankful for them. They mean the world to me, and they are my everything.

It seems as though 2011 was a great you for you and your family Leah. Congrats on the weight loss and all of the other little happenings that you were able to celebrate with your family of four. It's amazing to see how much your kiddos have grown and changed in just a year. Wow!
Great reflections. Also, that is great to focus on yourself and lose the weight. I'm sure you feel much better. Congrats on all your hard work. Beautiful pictures. Heather
You look awesome & it sounds like a great year!!! Enjoyed following along with you!
Leah, I love this reflection! The pictures are amazing. James wants us to take a trip together, by ourselves, this year. I wasn't really sure I wanted to do it...now I may consider it. :)
Also, I loved how you worked on yourself. That is an amazing accomplishment and an inspiration. Great post!
That last picture is my very favorite! You are such an adorable family! I hope 2012 is as good as 2011!! :)
Happy New Year! Catching up now. The kids are growing so fast and getting so big! But they're just as cute!
