Here are a couple photos of her birth day. The first one is TT getting a bath, and the next one is the first picture of she and I. Wow. . . I look swollen. . . but she looks beautiful. :)

We had a lot of visitors at the hospital. My Mom got to hold her two grandchildren at one time. She is a very proud grandma. :)
TT's cousin also came and visited. She hung out in TT's isolette, and it was pretty funny when the nurse came in to check her vitals and found this baby in the isolette. I told the nurse this was my gestational diabetes baby. :)
Our first night home with TT, I had a bit of a breakdown and called my Mom crying. My Mom decided to come stay at our house the entire weekend, and it was SO needed. She had TT sleep in her room and only woke me for feedings, and during the day, she cleaned, cleaned, and then CLEANED some more. She did all those cleaning projects that I never got around to. . . such as cleaning the oven, vacuuming stairs, scrubbing behind appliances. Her presence was an amazing gift.
And TT has enjoyed visits from friends and family. Her cousin is so darn cute. She is always so excited to see TT, that sometimes she gets a bit too excited and waves her arms a little too excitedly. TT got hit right in the head, but didn't even flinch. I hope they grow up to be best friends. :)

So far, it's been a wonderful and emotional experience.

Love all the pictures! Glad your mom could be there to help you out :).
Aren't moms the greatest! They can just come in and do those things without even being asked! Your mom sounds just like mine:)
Scarlett is adorable and I hope things are going well. Hang in there!
I love all of the pictures. She is so tiny! I can remember Baby Bean being that small, and it doesn't seem like it was that long ago, yet it was.
Scarlet is so beautiful. Aren't they so much fun? A lot of work, but totally worth every minute of it. I am so glad you are both enjoying your new roles.
Give Scarlet an extra smooch for me. XOXO!

AHHHH, just too precious. What a beautiful baby you have! And believe me, every post-partum woman has had at least a million breakdowns along the way. In fact, I had one just yesterday and my little one is almost 4 months old :) Don't be too hard on yourself.
